I do not recommend it. I turned to the guys with "hernias" and entrusted their treatment. First I worked with the coach on Evminov's board, then Kinesia in the block. I studied for about 2-4 weeks, from 2 weeks my condition worsened, but I was assured to continue my studies. One "fine" day I woke up in the morning and realized that I could not walk, stand (I can only lie on my stomach). I spent a month in this state, injecting injections, etc. After all this, I did an MRI and it turned out (after consulting two neurosurgeons) that I have a sequestered hernia, which urgently needs to be operated on. Before coming to the center, this hernia did not exist (there is a snapshot) So draw conclusions and do not rush to trust the "experts"

About 2 months worried about back pain (after incorrectly performing the bench press) I thought it would pass by itself, but time passed, and the problem did not go anywhere. The coach advised to contact the Evminov center. For examination I got to the doctor Dmitry (I do not remember the middle name). He examined me, explained the problem, and did manual therapy.
