Instantly everything was changed without delay and without the conclusions of the commissions of experts on marriage with the approval of all the heads of the company! In general, this is not a comfy for whom it took me two months to get the return of the marriage and help protect consumer rights.

I ordered a mattress. The store said to wait 2 weeks, they will call me when the goods arrive. After the specified time, no one called me back, I decided to call myself (it was Monday), to clarify, in order to somehow plan a week. I was told that the goods will arrive on Thursday, and on Friday they will be with me, since delivery to Jusk is only on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays. Waited for Friday, nobody calls me again. I called myself to clarify the delivery time. And then they tell me that their car has broken down, so there will be no delivery, and when they will fix it, the seller does not know. Perhaps there will be no delivery next week either. To my question, I have to wait a month for a mattress, the girl replies - I will not draw it for you, then they will give you some kind of gift. There is no limit to my indignation, I call the customer service department, where they promise me that the situation will be resolved. In the evening, the seller calls back, says that she messed something up, the car really broke down, but delivery will be next week, the goods will arrive on Monday, and they will be delivered on Wednesday. Indeed, why make delivery on Tuesday, since there was force majeure, buyers will wait for nothing else. On Monday I call back to clarify whether the product has arrived, they answer me that it has arrived and will be with me on Wednesday, I ask if there are any bonuses for waiting, to which the support operator says - we have a normal delivery time of 3 weeks. Why don't they talk about it in the store? I wouldn't wait 3 weeks, but I would buy the mattress elsewhere. Naturally, there were no bonuses. The mattress arrived on Wednesday. When I examined the mattress in the store, I specially chose it with a memory effect, there was no memory effect in the fact that they brought it. On the site, according to the article, it is not indicated anywhere that it should have been, but I know which mattress I chose, I clarified this point with the seller, and if there is a memory effect, it is immediately felt. In general, I'm terribly unhappy with either the store or the service.

First, there is no way to call the store directly; Secondly, the attitude of the staff to the clients is of no importance, because while you find a salesperson or a sales assistant, you only waste time. Well, and thirdly, many products in the store itself are presented with a too small assortment, and if you liked something, then only from the list on the site, which essentially means that you are buying a "pig in a poke", while not knowing it will fit do you have a product in terms of comfort and quality or not? RS: of course, there are many small minor flaws, although this is not a complete horror, but still not pleasant, and even more so this is not a rural department store ..., but supposedly branches of a famous Danish manufacturer, so in an era such competition, guys, it would be possible to work on the service.
