The kitchen is just tin, the dishes are all delayed, of incomprehensible taste and all around one sesame ....... The room is cold, poor lighting, the steam room is not heated, the vents are not steamed ... The water in the pool is muddy, the leaves from the broom are floating ... In some areas of the room it smells bad ... It was ordered in advance and prepaid. Invoice is a separate story ... (more valuable than in the price list) ... everything is included ... like in a pharmacy ... Guys, don't waste your money!

Great place for a big company We chose this place for a family vacation, we had a child with us, they did not heat it, the jacuzzi did not work, the pool was ice cold, so the shower ran out of hot water, I think that the owner of this establishment will try to improve the quality !!!! It was when we were there that the jacuzzi broke down, the staff of course returned the money and we left! Before booking this place, it is better to clarify everything in the messages, since there was a situation with us, I clarified purposefully about the jacuzzi, they told me everything works in the end no Although there are a lot of well-heated baths in Odessa, we needed a jacuzzi for the sake of a child !!!

I would like to say, first of all, thank you for the chic idea for a holiday, the sauna at the restaurant is very cozy and comfortable. Beautiful fireplace, comfortable table, polite staff. Of the minuses, the bathhouse was not heated to the required temperature, it was 56 degrees, it pulls on the legs, the water in the pool is cool and very muddy, I don't want to go into it, although the dimensions are positioned and I want to swim in it. In general, a cozy place for a holiday, but in order to steam properly, it is not the right place.

We ordered a bathhouse for Sunday. The order was made in a week. They made an advance. When we arrived at the appointed time, it was clear that they simply forgot about us. We began to clean up and heat the steam room in front of us. We went to the bathhouse 20 minutes later. An hour wasted waiting for the steam room to heat up. As a result, waste an hour of time, no one began to add it. The administrator joked with jokes and left. The pool is dirty. We went to Rich House often. No more foot there.
