Unfair organization. They sent defective goods, at first they promised to consider the issue and solve it, as a result, they stopped picking up the phone. I had to call from other numbers, then they asked me to send a photo, although it was originally sent, then the order number, article, amount, then I need to agree with the management, then with the supplier, and so for two weeks in a circle. The issue remained unresolved.
