When activating the cabinet, I made sure that the prices for all positions differ literally by a penny. The sales representative warned me that with a turnover of less than 50 euros, they would block me - ok, I made 50 euros on the first day and forgot. But what do I see after a month? Access to the office is blocked, to unblock it, contact the regional manager, who, unfortunately, hangs up with the words "I won't work with stinking retail" ... I really hope that you only have such a problem in one region, which you, apparently, do not care about. And also, pay attention. When you block the client's access to the account, the client cannot (a) check the balance on the deposit, (b) make a reconciliation for the month / quarter, etc. Personally, as a sole proprietorship fund on a single tax of the 3rd group, this would cause enormous problems when preparing reports if I hadn't stopped at 50 euros and kept ordering all month on a daily basis. Conclusion: I continue to work with your direct competitors, I will look for diversification of supplies elsewhere. Best wishes, Alexander.

With a blocked account, you can neither reconcile nor check the balance of funds. How to get the balance back is a question that there is no one to ask, because the sales representative hangs up, and the support service sends it to him)). The worst company you had to work with, nobody knows anything at the company, the warehouse sits in the basement, without telephones, no communication equipment, only 2 0-800 phones you can’t hear anything other than standard phrases, place an order for 3 hours, you can call only from a personal phone, none of the employees can do this, they say add others phones - added, they switch to each other for 4 hours, one says we did everything, the second says your phone is not registered.
