An online order is made a week before it is picked up and like today everything is ready and you can pick it up, in fact, a lathered worker runs around all the halls collecting an order, and you wait half an hour. There is no way to do everything in advance and the customer just pick up his basket. Ps. The order waited 40 minutes until it was collected and one item from the order did not appear at all, such as you can pick it up on another day. The order was paid in advance and today they wrote that I could pick it up (all), but everything turned out to be wrong. By the way, there was a pack of paper with a slightly opened package, and one ornamentation was different and cheaper than ordered. delivery and service are just the bottom. Not only did the order have to be split into two parts and paid for delivery twice, so the second order - which must be sent to the IP address - was sent to the branch in the store, and then the call center called with a claim "will you pick up at all?" but! here is the second order with the Epicenter delivery completed for special attention - one of the items in the order was not brought - they referred to a marriage and promised to bring another, as a result, nowhere this data is displayed in the system and no one is going to bring anything - write a new complaint. the chair was delivered in a box with the correct markings, and in the box the color is completely different. what to do? - write a complaint, consideration for about a week. Well, thank you. never again.

Online order processing works disgustingly (from 11:00 to 17:00 they were processed to come and just pick them up), and in order to urgently pick up something without preliminary online ordering, you need to stand in line for more than an hour (almost 2).

Worst delivery I've ever had to deal with. An order was made for 23.11 - 60 aerated concrete blocks. The first thing you come across - delivery time from 9.00 to 17.00 1. That is, I need to be in the place of delivery all day, as they can bring at any time 2. I can not go about my business, as I am waiting for delivery 3. I ordered the movers and they sat waiting from 9.00 to 15.00, ie I already lost money. 4. The freight elevator, at the place of delivery, works according to the elevator’s schedule, where I also need to orientate on the delivery time, since on Saturday it is not 24/7 on the spot As it turned out later, we were put in the 2nd turn for delivery, i.e. after 2 p.m. But I found out about this at 15.00. Is it really difficult to build a delivery schedule and orient people at least in the range of 2-3 hours. If it’s difficult, then let’s give the contacts of a person who can help you solve the problem with the logistics of deliveries.

Only one significant minus is overly annoying and not competent consultants. There is much more harm from them than good for both customers and the store.
