Rarely does a business work not only for the sake of business. I went to the clinic without any feedback and absolutely by accident, because she was closest to me. At that time, the clinic had just opened. My 17-year-old cat was seriously ill and, despite this, both the doctors and the owners of the clinic did everything possible to alleviate her condition and give her six months without pain and suffering. Since my cat and I came every day, I saw how the staff was recruited and by what criteria they left the employees, how they brought a high-quality doctor from their network clinic
from another city to a permanent job here, and how much effort has been invested to make everything work at the highest level. With peace of mind, I can recommend a clinic on General Petrov and Korolev streets, because I know each of the doctors in them, their qualifications and attitude towards animals. Even the most capricious animals and even those who bite their hands are treated with understanding, patience and care. During so many months of daily visits, I saw many patients in different conditions, as well as their owners, also different. Very often people tend to blame doctors for something that went wrong. Of course, everyone is wrong, but I was pleased to see that doctors here work not only with animals, but also with people. They explain how to proceed and advise on care, without accusations that you yourself are to blame, that the animal is sick.
Not all of us see how doctors worry about their patients, how they cry over failures or the loss of a cat or dog, whom they have been trying to save for hours. When you take your animal to the doctor, you want to be sure that the doctor cares. So in this clinic - it does not matter.
On August 16, my cat is no more, but thanks to the kindness and concern, she was happy in her last six months. For this, I thank all the specialists of the clinic from the bottom of my heart.
I liked the clinic very much !!!! The girl at the administration is kind and smiling, I liked the fact that animals live in the clinic, I always trust it! Many thanks to the doctor Snezhana Nikolaevna, she not only helped my baby (Cuba fox terrier for 4 years) but was also able to calm me down. I recommend the clinic for its sensitivity and attentiveness, as well as for its great professionalism !!!)
Before contacting this veterinary clinic, we dialed and asked if they had a parrot doctor (ornithologist). We were told yes. We have had an Alexandrian parrot for 11 years! He was not just a parrot for us, but a member of our family whom we lost. I want to note that we immediately went to the vet clinic as soon as the parrot got sick. We were met by a young girl doctor who "supposedly" understands birds. The first thing she did when she saw a weak parrot who needed help was taking pictures with him on her shoulder !!!
The parrot was big and beautiful, but after all, we did not bring him to the photo session. Then she asked if he had ever taken a blood test, then we asked if he needed to donate blood, that is, they simply asked us, but did not say that it was desirable to do this, despite this, we donated blood. According to the analyzes, it turned out that the parrot needed to be treated, she prescribed treatment and said not to feed it with seeds, since it was because of the sunflower seeds that the parrot felt bad. But this was his main food and we said about it, we were interested in what to feed him in return. We were told millet. The parrot ate it badly, became weak and thinner, he was getting worse. We were in touch with the doctor and consulted. And then suddenly she said that I can give seeds to a parrot several times a week. We talked with her for 2-3 weeks. Seeing that the parrot is worse and that she first says one thing, and then completely different, and realizing that she does not heal, but harms our parrot -
We consulted another birdwatcher, but it was too late. The examination by another real specialist lasted 2 hours! It turned out that the parrot must be weighed before prescribing medication. That you can and should take droppings for analysis, take analysis from the throat. And with the diagnosis, which was made to the parrot, it is necessary to do an X-ray! Previously, none of this was done, it was not even said about it. It also turned out that the doses of drugs prescribed by the previous "doctor" were very large for the parrot's weight, and one of the antibiotics , "Sparing" in the words of the "ornithologist" was completely not sparing and its action is to diminish the symptoms, it is prescribed exclusively to dying parrots. The parrot died, not from the problems he had, but from exhaustion! Since the parrot has lost weight! The fact is that another specialist said that the parrot had to be fed with mixtures. But the “doctor” to whom we turned, believed and trusted, did not talk about feeding with mixtures.
Weight loss is dangerous for the parrot, it is sometimes more dangerous than the disease that it has. In our case, it was exactly like this, and the parrot lost weight because they did not tell us about feeding !! although we were interested not once!
As a result, we wrote to her that he had died and simply asked not to take on the treatment of birds next time if she did not know how to do it! To which she blocked us, did not even sympathize with our loss, no one asked for forgiveness either. We didn’t think to demand compensation, complain or something else, but just wanted to convey to her knowledge that she was not treating birds correctly, she didn’t know how to properly examine and prescribe treatment. We just want to warn you that there is no need to treat birds in this clinic, they do not have a competent ornithologist. Perhaps she knows how to treat other animals and save them, but there are no birds. The birds have a different ornithologist, they cannot be treated just by a veterinarian! Be careful and vigilant!
there would be a score of "-10" would put it. I will never go there with my livestock. You can enter ONLY to ask about the time or specify the address; House number. Those who write good reviews are either VERY LUCKY or you got paid for them. THIS IS A GRAPE and there is nothing to do with veterinary medicine there from the word "AT ALL"
Recently we were with the cat for a routine examination at General Petrov, I liked everything, the staff is friendly and helpful. The kitty was a little nervous, since it was the first time he was in the clinic, but thanks to the professionalism of the veterinarians, everything went well and calmly, they answered my questions, they suggested everything. Only positive emotions remained
