👎👎👎 There was only a shower on my soul from a visit to this place !!! Window dressing of Love for Animals for Instagram !, no more! The administrators confused our record twice! Were here during the QUARANTINE period, all employees were without masks and without gloves! The room is small, and no one limited the number of visitors! With all this disorganization, the head doctor rudely spoke with Us in raised voices! When the first time they vaccinated Kitty, they turned off the light, but no one offered to postpone our visit, they said that we would do it anyway in the field (with a flashlight), and without warning they started taking blood from the Cat, no one explained why? and it was all in rude form. After such a reception, my cat got a voice from a scream! The nurse who performed the manipulations was with huge nails extended, which in medicine I think is not acceptable! As they later explained the blood they take as standard, so BEFORE vaccination they see that there are no inflammations in the body of the animal! So if you didn’t have the light, and as a result, you did the vaccination without the result of a blood test (and did it after) For which x .. was that all you needed? !!! You will not ask for any responsibility in any case! After all, we were told that it would be possible to refuse to take blood in the future! Therefore, we decided to complete the work they had already begun, signed up for REVACCINATION, and warned that we did not need to take blood from us! But at the reception there was no understanding with the head doctor! Who refused to do REVACCINATION without taking blood! YOU DECIDE AND INFORM VISITORS ALONE !! And not to anyone what they like!

Very satisfied with this veterinary clinic and staff.) It immediately feels that people love what they do. Leaving your animal or bringing it to the procedures, you can be absolutely calm, your four-legged best friend in good hands! I also want to highlight a turtle walking around the clinic, so cute, cool, she really bit me, but she did not ask me to stroke her 😂
