Good day of day. Writes to you a regular customer! I often go on business trips and also, I often use the services of your boutiques, I go there for a great service. In Nikolaev, where I was also on a business trip and having visited a boutique (on Soviet street), I started to serve a consultant with a light color of hair (Jeanne was on a badge), that the consultant was drunk, this one, but it service!! Another consultant tried to fix the situation, but was busy with the client. The employee indicated by me behaved extremely arrogantly, it seemed that this behavior was not the first and she had nothing to do with it, and another employee did not know how to smooth the situation, because on the one hand her client, and on the other hand, was inadequate (exactly so I want to emphasize this word) the situation in the co-worker! I have been working in the field of trade for many years, and therefore, I can really assess the situation. And what about the company's image? I, as a regular customer, was shocked by this behavior. I did not commit rape, but I can say with certainty that I have not seen such a thing in the boutiques of your company. There are always going to the service and staff, which is important in the field of retail. It would be desirable that the management of the company paid attention to it, since I already, I will soon end the time and go to my city in Ternopil, where I am sure everything will be okay.
