I came to pick up the TIN. Submitted by proxy. A week later I came with the originals of the passports. They said you still need a power of attorney. When asked whether it can be shown in electronic form, they answered: "I will do the same in Photoshop." Restraining himself, he went and brought a power of attorney. Issued TIN. As a result, I found out that this was a completely different power of attorney, according to which they had no right to issue documents to me. That's how we live. It seems that the employee gets moral pleasure from this.

I came for an INN for children 16 and 11 years old. There is no photocopier: you need to make a photocopy of your passport, birth certificate, certificate from the place of registration in advance. The presence of a 16-year-old child was obligatory and his biometric passport-card. Filled in the applications. Everything is fast and free. A very nice girl. Lunch break 12-12: 45

Minors, minor children, ordered identification codes, refused to issue. Explaining that - electronic documents, namely birth certificates in digital format, they do not accept the application ДІЯ, while I had copies from paper originals. Bureaucracy continues!

I came for an INN update. The woman in the window with a displeased face told what documents to take, photocopiers and a statement. I ask where to get a sample application for TIN. The answer is "TAKE in the office at the entrance." I go to the office, ask for a statement, they give it to me and they say "WITH YOU 2 UAH." For what??? For a sample application form which is given in all services to fill out for free ???? !!!! But done cunningly, it is issued under the example that a copy machine was made for 2 UAH! And so everyone comes to the office for the right form and pays for every 2 UAH. Just a shame for public service !!!!!! Tax ....

Very fast and convenient service without queues. I just would like to have a copier installed in the building, because everyone is sent to run to Panorama, this is a big minus, you can also earn money from this copier! Take note, please!
