The service is nice! Facilities are great. And all our family spent a great time at a frozen lake nearby! The only thing to be improved is the restaurant. The service is slow. At dinner time it took about 90minutes to serve all the food we ordered. And some small points in the room.

Perfect hideout in Kyiv vicinity for two or with friends. Great rooms and amenities reminding us of Austrian ski resorts apartments and hotel, but with much more spacious rooms. Nice walk, run and cycle area around the lake and in the forest.

Nice and quiet place, forest is nearby, territory is clean and design is very nice. While restaurant service is quite slow and I had to wait around 1 hour for my dish.

My husband has already written a review, but I would like to write in more detail ... Today we drove 25 km to have lunch at your restaurant, and left absolutely disappointed .. on Instagram you show what kind of dog you are, but in reality everything is completely different, we were with a small dog (miniature schnauzer, 5 kg) and told us that dogs are not allowed. A question to the owners, how do you see accommodation with animals, if you can't come to eat with your dog? Leaving a dog in the room is not at all a dog friendly, and you, as hoteliers, should also think about the fact that a dog left in an unfamiliar place can behave unpredictably and how to start barking at a minimum, which will definitely not please the neighbors and what is worse to spoil something! For the first time we encountered this, since we travel a lot with a dog, and in all hotels (both 4 and 5 stars), where pets are allowed, you can come with them to the restaurant. ... I am extremely surprised and disappointed, as we went with the idea to look around and book a room for a few days, but in the end we realized that we would never come here again. But in general, thanks, we drove back to the center and finally got to the restaurant where we had long wanted to get, where we were deliciously fed and brought water to the dog in a designer dog bowl! And you are not at all a dog friendly establishment, do not mislead people!

A wonderful place to relax from the city and your own children :)) The rooms are clean and comfortable. The cuisine is delicious and interesting at Kiev prices. Pepsi and cola are not sold, there is no TV in our room. It's boring in winter, nothing to do. Very helpful staff. The only negative is the noisy heating system in the rooms. Buzzs overhead all night.
