Replenishment via Steam does not go directly to the UAN, but with conversion to dollars and then subsequent conversion to UAH already in Steam itself with a loss of the amount originally deposited. Payments sometimes come immediately, sometimes they are delayed and sometimes they don’t come at all (in increasing transaction amounts). Technical support does not work efficiently.

I wanted to refill the account on Steam, put in 70 UAH, it started rebooting itself, I could not get the money back, I called the support service, I did not try to get a call in viber, it was just that I spent time and money for nothing.
