The air-conditioned brigade arrived, looked, asked again which wall, once again heard that it was wooden. OK. Begin to drill something. And then op ... we DO NOT have wood drills! Look for another brigade. Gather and leave. The manager calls back and bleats that we can leave an air conditioner for ourselves and look for another team. Get lost service. And how the team wanted to work, that they didn’t even think about offering us an option, at least buy a drill. We lost money for the installation and for the air conditioning itself due to laziness.
