Likewise, the department clearly does not cope during the holidays, but this can be understood and forgiven. In general, the guys at the dispensing of goods are very intelligent, they quickly find the goods, they will always help to take the goods out into the street and even load them into the car, for which they respect and respect. The girls at the reception and dispatch are different, there are those who quickly and efficiently deal with TTN, there are those who are not very fast, but in general there were no controversial and conflict situations. In general, everything is good!

Everything will be fine exactly until someone messes up with your package)) it happened to me too, when the NP lost one of the two places in my package, and I did not know that the sender divided the package into 2 places, and eventually took only part of the parcel without knowing it, but when I started to assemble my TV cabinet in parts I realized that there were not enough details) the department manager, looking at the cameras, confirmed that they had given me only one place, but as a result, the second part of the parcel was never found, and the new one The post office changed shoes on the go and insists that the package was issued in full)))

Constant queues, I do not advise. Only 2 loaders and 2 girls work, the cargo compartment, there is a lot of loads, they cannot cope. Apparently, the management saves on the number of employees, and the money is rowed with a shovel, given the amount of cargo.

A branch where the staff have developed a habit of discriminating against people. In order to humanly receive my paid package, I had to spend several hours and call the police. Calls to the company's hotline bring 0 results.
