Good quality, nice designs, not expensive, very helpful staff

During quarantine, I made an order through the online store, sending and checking were from this store, which means they also had a review. The shoes turned out to be of terrible quality, in less than a month it broke apart at the seams, provided that it was worn 2-3 times a week. I sent the photo and description to the mail - zero reaction, several times called the online store - there is no answer and do not call back. The quality of the goods is terrible, the quality of service, too.
