Anti-sanitary and ants. I stayed there in a suit apartment with my wife on the 27 of August 2017. It was a complete nightmare. The first thing that astonished me is the room full of ants. They were everywhere - in our bad, on the dinner table, in bathroom, in the hall. As I noticed them late at night, because we returned late - I didn’t complain in the evening. I said about the ants in the morning and the reaction was «It is nature, we can't do anything with them». So, as my wife was bitten by the ants from head to toes, we decided to check out. I paid for two nights and asked to return money for the night we were not going to stay. I was asked to wait for the receptionist who would be at 8 a.m. She was very unwilling to speak to us, her behaviour was very unpleasant and she said that she wouldn’t return our money and said if we wanted to go we could go. My opinion is that it is more important for them to earn money and they dont care about the people who rest there. PS: There artificial lake is very durty, the water is very green and its smell is very unpleasant. If you don't want to spoil your holiday and waste money don't go there.

Very decent. The case when reality exceeded expectations. The room is huge, just gorgeous. Fresh renovation, new plumbing and furniture, clean. Excellent edge view. The cuisine is good despite the small selection. We rested in July - the pool is unheated, they froze, although maybe it's me a frost. little children thrashing about

When booking a room here, be prepared for the fact that the reservation will be canceled and you will not be told a word about it :) Stayed here for the last 5 years. Every year they booked in the spring and paid in the summer This year I booked 4 rooms (2 in my name and 2 in the name of a relative) at the end of August Yesterday I learned that the reservation was canceled without calls and no notifications. And yes, these rooms are already occupied So, you are preparing for vacation, you book in six months and they cancel I do not recommend!
