The WORST hotel I've ever been to. It was 40 degrees C outside and they turned off their air conditioners to save money, and force their guests to suffer heat strokes in this heat. Don't even THINK about staying here. This hotel needs to be demolished. It's an embarrassment to Ukraine. Позор!

The so-called "Suite" room does not have a refrigerator, there are no bedside lamps. Curtains made of translucent fabric, letting in daylight. The bathroom has no mirror lamp or shower caps. Under the window in the courtyard, on weekends, a car wash works from the early morning and makes a loud noise. The elevator did not work. The administrator imposed a mandatory paid parking service and refused to issue an invoice for accommodation, saying that the invoice was given only when paying by card. After the intention to call the police and inform the tax authority, the invoice was finally issued. When asked how safe it is to leave a laptop in the room, the answer is: the hotel is not responsible for things left in the room. And at the same time, it was said, leave the key at the administrator when leaving the hotel. When asked by the administrator if she knew about the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and other documents regulating hotel activities and the category and classification of hotel rooms, she could not answer. And she just slipped a piece of paper with the rules of residence and demanded a signature and my phone number. There was no duvet cover on the blanket. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
