Prislop pas

The pass is very nice.... when you are hiking. BUT: there is NO ROAD! A lot of maps show a road (T0728 from German Mokra to Kolochava), but it doesn't exist. There is a (often muddy) path on the western side, but only partially on the eastern side. There you have to go through the small river . See photo's on Google Earth and Maps.

An unpaved road between Kolotschawa and Deutsch Mokra, which saves a long detour to Theresiental, leads to this beautiful place. Strangely enough, this street is not shown on the TomTom sat nav, but you can find it on Google Maps. Unfortunately, many people leave their rubbish here, so only 3 stars. 😪

The pass is very beautiful. A place to relax and restore inner energy. But. There is a huge nuance. Vacationers leave behind garbage. This untouched place, until recently with wild untouched nature, has turned into a landfill. Due to the presence of the road, there is an availability of recreation on Prislop. But people's culture is unfortunately lagging behind. Therefore, I demand a careful attitude to nature

Kolochava Mountain Road - German Wet has recently been repaired, not asphalt, but it is gratifying that it is possible to pass. There are also beautiful landscapes, forests, mountain river, there is even a well-equipped place to relax, but unfortunately, our people do not know how to appreciate nature and the work that is done for them, there is a lot of garbage. But this is only one drawback, and everything else is great, it is worth visiting these places and see it all.

A beautiful, but unpaved road that has not existed for more than 20 years. Now you do not need to make a circle of 200 km to get into the German wet. The pass itself is very picturesque. Beautiful views of one of the highest peaks of the Carpathians, the city of Strymba. Equipped with gazebos.
