The restaurant is really the best of all in this place. Not for five, but you can really eat deliciously. But the hotel is just tin. The design is good, you can see that it was designed by a good designer. But! There are no hotel elements in the rooms. Bed linen is plain (not hotel) towels as well (but clean). There is no air conditioning (but there is a TV that costs as air conditioning). No one cleaned the room during the stay, and after settling on the floor, his feet were black. Booked a room for 3 days (in booking there was no possibility to book a room for less than 3 days), although they lived 2 nights. The administrator was offered to pay half the cost from the third day, to which she said that it was not so profitable (although it was no longer the season). I do not recommend to anyone! Gossip!

Prices are higher than everywhere in the neighborhood, adequate design. Position yourself like a pizza / grill place. A branded pizza is served with stew (price - 155 UAH). The dough and other pizzas were good, but instead of arugula, for example, gave salad leaves (no one warned). Found hair in breakfast. After 20 they were forced to pay extra for live music, despite the fact that all 3 evenings she was the same performer and sang the same songs. The tables were repeatedly dirty, and the staff had to wait a long time. Although sometimes everything was ok and came on time (probably depends on what table you sit at). The quarantined staff worked without masks. The ribs were not very. The cocktails are delicious. But due to the lack of adequate options in the area, a relatively good option, but with such prices and appearance, you expect better service and taste of food.

Service at zero .. surprised by the attitude of the waitresses. Sit stuck in their phones while on the tables dirt, even reserved. Boorish attitude, at the simple request to bring napkins to order - the waitress began to wave her hands and hissed without hesitation- "and what do you all want from me?" And in general, none of the waitresses who served us had the basic level required by their profession. Apparently the locals were recruited from the street for the season, so that someone ... So don't expect service. They could hardly wait to accept the order because they do not come out of the phones. Almost all tables with comfortable sofas have a sign "Reserved" and visitors are forced to sit at ordinary tables near the front window, thus creating the impression from the street that there are many people. The plates stood on all tables without exception until the closing. Additionally, each table is forced to pay for music. It doesn't matter if you like the music or not.
