most doctors have serious questions about competence and occupation (though a district polyclinic, but there still needs to be some medical level). There are wonderful doctors (young, intelligent doctors, rather, not comfortable - ENT and gynecologist). But given the overall level of service delivery (and often failure to provide), the level of communication culture, personal and professional ethics, the conclusion is self-explanatory - why not even try to be better at everything? (rhetorically)
