Such an amazing place for a family holiday or group of friends. Very clean and looked after. Private parking available on site, separate place for bbq, kitchen, sauna and super playground for kids. Anytime & any type of food available to order to be delivered to the property. 5min walking distance to the lake , shop 30sec away. Upon arrival Nataliya & family welcome us - thank you for all your help , your energy and support. We definitely recommend this place and will be back next year.

Beautiful apartment & barbecue zone, good location to the best beach on Svityaz', magnificent home-style cuisine from Nadiya Markivna, well-designed a child, play area, good WiFi, friendly and attentive Ivanka & Natalia

Rested with the family in the second half of July 2020, lived in a one-story apartment (2 bedrooms, kitchen-living room). Impressions are great, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the area is cozy and well-groomed, there is entertainment for children - a sandbox, trampoline, slide and a beautiful house in which they loved to sit. Very friendly administrator Ivanka, who always answered our phone calls and helped solve all questions) It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the lake, the beach is quite cozy, there are not as many people as on the central beach, and swans still live there 😊 our children liked them very much, they went to feed them bread. We recommend this apartment to everyone, you will be satisfied 😉
