Great place for a good rest. For both family and youth. Arrived with friends who are resting here not for the first time, now I have a favorite place. Friendly owners, not expensive. Near shops, to the lake 3 minutes. The area is closed, with gazebos, hammocks, barbecues. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful time. I recommend !!!

Clean, comfortable, nice, homey! They rented 3 rooms for 6 adults, had their own separate entrance, part of the yard was ours with 2 arbors, summer kitchen, barbecue, deck chairs. To the lake 2min walk. Only positive emotions remain, I recommend.

This year we visited the Orysin Yavir estate for the first time. We are absolutely satisfied with this place, it is very cozy and comfortable. The rooms are just wonderful. Very clean, bright and cool. The room we lived in was decorated with wood, the room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the bay. As for the staff of the estate, the girls are very friendly and polite and helped in any matters. On the territory of the estate there are barbecues, a summer kitchen with an oven, a hammock, a rocking chair, and a sandbox for small children. There are also three gazebos for great gatherings. The estate is located 5-7 minutes walk from Lake Svityaz, and 2-3 minutes from the bay. There is a shop nearby. The only drawback is that you have to walk to the bazaar for 30-40 minutes, but this is not a problem if you have a car or you like cycling, which by the way can be rented in the same estate.
