It is located near the lake, which is a real lake not very much, in some places thickets of algae that I personally cannot tolerate. Although children could not be driven out of the water, the plus is that there are very few people here. Ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

We liked everything! Photos are true. Location - great! Really 15m lake! Clean water)) the shore is grassy, ​​but the owners of the estate immediately poured sand on the lawn near the lake - the child was playing there while we were sunbathing. It is convenient to enter the water from the berth, you can shore - the rules. We rode a catamaran and a boat. Beautiful place! We also walked to Lake Black. Lake Svityaz (in the village of Svityaz) is a 15-minute drive away. To the store - 15 minutes on foot (maybe less, because we were with a child). Somewhere and to the market (works Wed, Fri, Sun). In the center a little further. In general - everything is close, the location is good. The yard is beautiful, clean, comfortable !! It is convenient to fry kebabs or cook soup, everything is arranged and provided for this purpose. Gazebos, tables, benches - for each room separately. Thanks for the playground for children - a wooden house, a slide, a swing, a sandbox in the yard. The yard is green, in flowers. We rented a double room on the second floor with a separate kitchen and bathroom. We loved it !!) Especially the spacious terrace !! Purely!!! Convenient, beautiful !! Everything is made of wood, it smells like wood !! Just fabulous !! Stairs are comfortable and safe for a child! The kitchen is small but comfortable. Plenty of dishes, cold and hot water. They cooked food there on an electric stove - the rules! But then they learned that Mrs. Maria, who lives somewhere on the same street, for 100 UAH will bring 0.5 liters of first course and a large portion of garnish with some meat (first course also with meat). Portions are big !! Everything is so packed that even when the food waited an hour for us to return home, it still remained hot. Thank you Mrs. Maria for bringing us delicious food !! This contributed to a good rest! Ordered through the hostess, thank you very much! The bathroom is clean, comfortable, everything works. Room: large bed, three bedside tables, table, three stools, TV, fan (!!!) Mosquito nets on the windows. The main thing - the owners! Beautiful and nice people !! Thank you for everything, Mr. Igor and Mrs. Svetlana !! The estate is so well arranged! We sincerely wish your business to prosper! It was a pleasure to deal with you! The man said (and I think so), if next year we go to Shatsky lakes, we will stay with you! Comfortable, beautiful and with a soul !!!
