Nice hotel for it's price. In the wild. Nearest shop is 20 min away. Nearest cafe is probably 30 minutes away by car. You can have meals at the property. Poor wifi.

The main advantage is a closed area and a sparsely populated beach ... And compared to Svityaz much deeper into the water ... And for children and adults ... The beach is so deaf that even tubes and donuts do not reach here ( There is a barbecue (albeit with a bad hood) firewood as well, even without payment (which is a rarity for now) ... The kitchen is shared ... Mosquitoes are like horses ... I would not advise to count on rovers - to play ( They don't like pets here either - we have to agree ... And the early departure time is 10 hours ... We must take into account ... Very suitable for a quiet family vacation ...

Clean, well-groomed territory, it is a pity that at the beginning of September it is no longer possible to order food. Fridge in the shared kitchen, not in the room.

Excellent hosts. Not far from the lake, the kitchen is separate, total, parking on the territory, very quiet place. From the fact that I did not like this unpleasant smell of water (the owner assured that it is throughout the area). Also noise isolation between floors is not enough.
