I've been to this base 4 times already, and when it comes to searching, it becomes clear that there is nothing better than Phoenix on the Ridge. Well-groomed indoor area, gardener Grandpa Stach waters everything from morning to evening. Although the area is not large, but there is a swing and a slide for children, benches, gazebos for dinner, barbecue. There are showers and toilets on the street to wash your feet off the sand. This time we lived for the first time in the building where the reception, we prefer the one that goes directly to the lake, there were simply no rooms. Of course, the rooms and plumbing need updating, it is clear that at the time of the coronavirus, there are no funds for these costs, respectively, we perceived everything as it is. Refrigerator, TV, hair dryer worked, bed, wardrobe, everything is still there. Food, as always, delicious, homely, small daily required homemade dumplings))) Thank you very much for the attentive and pleasant Ms. Natalia, who settled us and managed everything. And Elena, who was booked, is also very nice. The lake was gone, but for a little paradise, and we wandered on our knees, and then swam. Took a catamaran, swam on, swam. There were many people on the shore, but somehow everyone tried to lie at a distance, there was no discomfort. Swans are coming, very beautiful ... In short, we rested, swam, thank Phoenix and Svityaz!

A soulful place, and for many years it has remained one of the best on the ridge. On the plus side is a small but well-groomed area, comfortable rooms, amenities - hot water, good TV channels, refrigerator. The hotel is not super new, but well maintained. The bed is good, natural. The room rate includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, and you can also choose from the options offered. And I would like to see a separate garbage collection at the resort! ♻️ at least plastic, glass, metal! Local businesses need to take active care of the nature of the Shatsk Lakes to preserve it.

The food is delicious, the area is well maintained, the staff is friendly) Of the minuses: The room was attic, unfortunately we were not warned (and worth it) and a little neglected. There is no internet. If you need to work (as we wanted) - it will not work. In general, the rest is not bad except for the above nuances.

Very poor sound insulation. Near the walls and windows of opposite houses. There is no green zone.

I had dinner there ... then I had to hug the toilet ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND
