Very convenient location, the rooms are located 250m from the central beach, shops, cafes, restaurants and so on. The area is quite small, but there is a barbecue, table tennis, rocking chairs and tables near each room. These are the main advantages. The disadvantages include the fact that the shower and toilet are on an area of ​​1m ^ 2, as such a shower in principle does not exist (perhaps we got such a room, we lived in a 2-room on the ground floor). The door to the toilet-shower does not close because they have long been damp and move away from the wall. Since the floor in the shower is always wet in the room, too, is constantly wet, it's not very nice. The room has a bed, TV (which does not turn on), an awkward closet that you will not use and things just will not be where to put and a refrigerator. There is a kitchen on the territory, the dishes on it are dirty, mostly the people who cook and leave dirty dishes are to blame, the pans are quite old and rusty, which makes cooking not very safe. The staff is polite, tries to maintain cleanliness and order, but it is not always possible because the rooms and everything in general is done haphazardly and in order to save. In general, there were good impressions, mainly due to the excellent location, but our expectations were not met.

Booked a room a week before arrival! First by phone, 2 days later arrived in person, offered an advance. To be sure that for the weekend there are rooms reserved for us. They refused, explaining that they do not accept prepayment, but call again the day before arrival. Calling, without explanation, the hostess refused us, saying that she has no free rooms !!!! As a result, 5 people were left homeless! I do not recommend! The owner is inadequate !!!
