Maybe he has minor language defects (because a person after an accident), but this in no way allows people to be treated like that, and even more so to publicly snatch that package from his hands. And in general, it could not be in his card, but in the terminal, because the night before the cashier who counted me 7 times spent the card because there were some problems with the terminal! And unfortunately, such situations when cashiers are openly rude happen quite often, but in this case it is a bust! Although in these situations you could just make a difference instead of shouting and snatching the package from your hands in public!
