Oleksandriya Park

Very amazing location to have walk and biking. You enjoy it both in adults walking and biking with children.

The place is pretty peaceful! The air is nice, fresh and... green! Though I don't understand what they take money for? The place is a little... messy, to say the least.

Take your bike with you or rent one! It's a big and beautiful park!

The park is big enough for a 3 to 4 hours tour. Not well groomed, but looking good. There are many pounds with ducks and an occasional swan. You may stop by giant trees on the wide meadow, or walk into secluded areas resembling a forest. There are many small creeks and even several artificial waterfalls. For a nice wonder for two or more people you may visit an echoes gallery which despite it's length transfer even a slightest sounds to the other end. For the minuses. The infrastructure is still in the bad shape. There is no signs in most places, so either get a photo of the parks layout at the main entrance or buy a map there. The WCs I've seen are dated way back to soviet era, so be prepared for a complete lack of doors, sinks, lighting and whatever. For a bright side I have been told that the park now in a much good shape than its been several years ago, so the things may change fast there.
