Absolutely dissatisfied with the work of the bank and the attitude of the branch director to his clients! Since this trend has been going on for 5 months I have to write the following: First, the Office does not work on schedule. Sanitary hours 12-30 to 13-30, without any warning at 15-00 the office closes again until 16-00. Instead of warning in advance and explaining adequately why the branch closes, the branch director's language is only rude. How is this permissible within such a bank ?? !! Secondly, the arrangement of the bank is absolutely not adapted for normal, comfortable waiting, near the bank there is no canopy from the sun, no benches to wait (yes, you will not believe the bank come and the elderly who find it difficult to stand in line for 3 hours, parents with children, people with disabilities), a ramp WITHOUT RAILINGS and one that you can't ride on a bicycle, not that in a wheelchair. Third, this branch is one within a radius of 50 km, why only one ticket office? For the procedure, which took 4 minutes, I had to stand for three hours. Fourth, instead of taking into account the remarks, the director of the branch was only rude. At 15 o'clock the complaint was left on the hotline, but I'm not sure that the operator registered it. I have been using Privat for more than 6 years, but I have never met such a boorish and contemptuous attitude as in this department. How did that happen? This is not the first case, so I have to write about it! I absolutely do not recommend this department for a visit! If you have the opportunity to better use the branch in another city!
