Дуже хороший готель багато років тут зупиняємось завжди задоволені привітний персонал особливо приємно що за цей довгий час тут працють ті самі люди наш адміністратор Катерина))) а взагалі то дуже комфортно затишно і все поруч рекомендуємо!!!

In the morning, when asked how to leave the parking lot, she gave me the key. There is a lock in the gate. The key will climb. It turns with difficulty, but does not open. I suffered in the cold for about four minutes. Began to inspect - from the inside of the lattice gate a latch and a padlock. The key turns out to be from him! To see and open - I had to climb my head between the bars of the gratings. Then suddenly I remembered that in general I am a client ... And to the finish line: when we went down, I went upstairs to "check the numbers", after which I stood in good faith and waited in the lobby for the refund of the deposit for 10-12 minutes. I could not stand it, I got up - she removes bed linen from the beds. To my indignation that I was waiting for her to pick up the deposit (and 8 more people in the cars), an awesome answer was received "why didn't you call, that you are waiting for your money."
