Service is terrible. I sent a transfer across Ukraine with delivery to the address 12/30/2020. Today is January 5, and the money has not yet been delivered to the recipient. They promise to consider the claim within 5 days. It is not clear what an 81-year-old man should do without money. I recommend to everyone, if it is possible to carry out postal transfers by any other service, never use the services of Ukrposhta.

The service is terrible, in cases where you have to pick up parcels from China. In the department for foreign links the worker is almost always out of place !!! I have to go to the next window to have a respected worker called to serve me, which takes an average of at least 10 minutes. And when this worker finally comes, and I call my details, we have to wait another 10 minutes until the parcel is found! At the "New Mail" by the way, the flow of people and parcels is not less, but I can get my order three times faster!
