It's very interesting, for this is the location of the cemetery of the famous, R. Levi Yitzchok of Berditchev. But in the times of world war 2, the Nazis, flattened the area. Many years later, people who remembered where the grave was, testified to the location, and they made a compound there, where people have prayed for many years. Recently, the Rabbi there based off different things, says that the grave is about 15 feet away, buried there together with his sons, so on the outside of the building in the back, there's an area with nice head Stones. Both could be true. But either way, it's a very holy place to be.
