Withdrew funds from the self-service terminal. He turned off, gave the card, did not give the money ... but the card was written off. Due to the fact that the funds were withdrawn from the card of another bank, Privat Bank employees cannot resolve the issue with the refund, will have to spend time and money to go to Vinnytsia and write an application for a refund (to the bank whose card I use) ..., even during the quarantine period and together with a small child. I think that Privat Bank is to blame .... due to the malfunction of this terminal you will have to spend a lot of your time and nerves and money. The situation is very unpleasant, given that funds were needed at the time.
