The store is good. But about the online store, there was a double impression. Made a purchase during Black Friday stocks. December 17, they called from the hotline, said they won a set of decorative cosmetics from Belor Design, and clarified the number of the new post office. In total, until 24.12 there was silence, I myself called the GL and I was told that they would call back so they still call back. I do not understand why it was necessary to call to talk about the win, if in the end there is silence. So far, no review has been written on the part of the online store. Yesterday (12/29) an SMS came from New mail about the parcel, picking it up only then I found out that it was from Eve. The package was more or less packed. The cosmetics are whole, the shelf life is 3-4 years, the products themselves, the actual shades for me.

We kindly ask you to have a conversation with the seller on cosmetics. I beg your pardon, I did not remember the name. But I think you will immediately understand. One has only to approach cosmetics, so at once a million questions "what do you want?" etc. Even after several of my answers that I do not need help, again a bunch of offers to buy something. What for ? It is unpleasant. They offered help - okay. Why offer several times and, excuse me, sell something? Yes, it is clear that the seller is very well versed in the product. But this is already passing into the "imposition" stage. This does not immediately make you want to enter that department. And this, please pay attention, annoys not only me as a client. Thank.

Disgusting mood and wasted money. Yesterday, after buying and unpacking the perfume, I discovered that the perfume is green, although it should be a light lilac hue and there is no perfume smell at all, except for acid and unpleasant astringency, a sharp, eating smell of alcohol. I have been buying them for several years now and I can say for sure that they were spoiled. Having come back to the store with perfume and a check, they simply brush you off with the phrase "it's not our fault that the goods are of poor quality" and send you a call to TOV RUSH, where your calls will simply not be answered. As a result, you just blindly buy a wrapped product without the possibility of checking and returning, and if the perfume is damaged, the store will not help you in any way, the money will not be returned. The feeling that customers have no weight here. I love Eve very much, but, unfortunately, I remained in a terrible mood after buying my favorite perfume.
