Top knot check staff that takes extra effort to help a non Ukrainian speaker. Super nice people with a tastey restruant.

Excellent hotel with late check-in option. Check-out until 12. The rooms are clean, there is a TV. The room has a "more expensive" bath, a regular shower. Shower accessories are located in a special container, not individual. When we were at the hotel, the restaurant did not work, so there was no way to check the taste of the cuisine :( located 3 km from the center, there are common parking spaces.

I did not like the fact that I had booked a room, and when I arrived - I was given another (more expensive), although I arrived on time (at the time I indicated in the form at the time of booking). It was justified by the fact that someone had already been accommodated in my room because they did not know if I would come (I also left the phone number). It turned out unpleasantly. I think I will not stay with them anymore.
