The staff is selected so that they no longer want to return to this department. This is especially true of the young man who works there. After I visited this department a couple of times, it seems that he absolutely does not like working there. Imagine a picture, I go there minute by minute during closing, there is one person in the hall for a consultation and another one is at the cash desk. I had to replenish the card through the terminal near which there is no one. So, I have already managed to get a card from my wallet, when suddenly this bank employee starts shouting to me from the far corner of the room that they are supposedly already closed. Claims would not have been if the door was closed, and besides, I would still have left before they could serve those two people who were still passing by me in the department, just obviously, I repeat that the person is not interested in whose work he is engaged. I advise the management of the bank to pay attention to the quality of service in this department.
