Let's say that the dough is trembling, and you show it. But prepare the dough at home according to the so-called "grandmother's" recipe, where everything is natural, and according to standard kneading in your bakery. Taste it. Big difference. According to the first natural version, the dough will never be so dry and not very tasty. This will be the best proof of the correctness of my words. Revise the recipe, you have something to strive for. Recommendations to tighten the amount of filling and the quality of the coffee are still valid. My words only sound like consumer advice.

I work in the "Little Bakery" as a salesman. We went to smell with the family in this bakery. Ravliki with chocolate is just insanely tasty, there is a lot of poppy seeds. Children are delighted. I advise everyone to try it at least once in their life. Sorry we don't live in your area. I recommend !!! We will definitely come back to you.
