A good place, at its opening the first half of the year it was always necessary to make a reservation in advance, everything was almost ordered. Now visitors are reduced. And there are two reasons for this, in my opinion, the first is that if there was an order, in addition to the hookah, it had to wait a very very long time, although the hookah menu had significantly expanded. The second is that, despite the positive expansion of the menu, alcohol was also included there, which is not quite right for a hookah. But in general, the interior, decor, background not very loud music all contribute to a pleasant pastime

The first time came after the upgrade and were very disappointed. Design +, hookah +, even pizza with raw dough anyway +, thanks to the hookahman for the service. But waitress! We have not yet met the worst service. We had an empty pizza plate and a bunch of napkins on the table for an hour, nobody cleaned and scratched it, the waitress went about her business all the time, flirted with the staff and even when she cleaned the next table she didn’t even look at us. After we hardly got through to ask for the bill and made a comment, no “sorry” followed. They gave a discount card, which she didn’t even pick up, struck a 10% discount instead of 20% (she would have known about it if she hadn’t picked it up, but it wasn’t there) ... They waited another 10 minutes until she canceled the check and in the end, we were going home for about 30 minutes. Thank you for wasting time. And before, the institution was in the top of our favorites. Change staff and what urgently!

There was a rap party, booked a table at 21:00 just at the beginning of the event, but it coincided that they lingered at the entrance and came at 21.20, but to my surprise there was no table anymore. And when they came to ask where he was, they said that the table was held only for 15 minutes. When asked why the girl was not warned about this, she simply left the answer. I believe that in such cases, you need to take mobile numbers or report that the reservation lasts 15 minutes. I think this is not professional, ugly and I am very much disappointed. So if you order a table, then know that you have only 15 minutes, I hope my review will help not to get into this situation.
