Great pharmacy. Since the opening, everything has been kept at a high level. With such an interior, technical equipment and well-groomed territory, the prices for medicines are low.

I have never been refused this pharmacy, a huge assortment of medicines! The service is top-notch, girls pharmacists have been working for a long time (respect to the company, there are no staff turnover), they know their job! Prosperity to you!

Unfortunately, we ordered today, 05/29/2020, two drugs in the Hermes pharmacy, Koroleva, 92 ... At 17:15 I came to the pharmacy. At first, everything went as usual: I was asked for the order number, I called, the employee looked at the monitor, found the order there, and ... It didn’t go the same way as in other pharmacies when issuing the order: the employee didn’t specify anything from me, I didn’t ask again (in order to check if there was an error, and if I want those drugs), I just named the total amount and, without waiting for my reaction at all, turned and went! Apparently, for the drugs ... It should be noted that I often get pre-ordered drugs in pharmacies. Sometimes it happens that they take out not quite what was ordered in absentia (either the wrong name or the wrong quantity). Therefore, at that moment I was already a little taken aback when she simply turned and left. But then I thought that I’ll check everything when she returns, and I will see whether the brought corresponds to what was ordered. She brought ... She laid it on the table in front of her. And again she called the total cost ... Not noticing at all, it seems that I still do not understand everything. The distance from the packaging to the eyes is about a meter. Of course, I don’t see all the inscriptions on the packages (the protective transparent "quarantine" screen hanging in front of my eyes also hinders this). Then I ask the 1st clarifying question: "Manufacturer?" The answer was awesome, and already unsettled me: “Germans ...” (!!!) After graduating from a medical institute and dealing with pharmacy for about 40 years, I was sure that the question about the manufacturer implies, of course, the manufacturer (which was exactly what interested me), but certainly not the nationality of the manufacturer! Those. it was not even the country that was pronounced, namely nationality! To admit, this already infuriated and further the conversation was conducted, mainly on elevated tones (on both sides). During the conversation, by the way, it turned out that this girl does not even have a secondary farm. education (!). It is not surprising that she does not know what is understood in pharmacy under the word "manufacturer." It was also unacceptable that another employee, an older woman, who was standing at the next table, immediately connected. Her surname, if not mistaken, is "Malovskaya". She was free at that moment and was rude as active as the first, and allowed herself even hints that I was “sick” and I “need to see a doctor”. That was already, of course, too much ... I said that the doctor himself, however, rudeness after that did not decrease one iota! It seems that these employees feel their complete impunity. I wonder what strengthens them in this? They then said that a video was being taken. In other words, even for video recording (if this is true, of course), they are not at all constrained to be rude to an unfamiliar (!) Visitor. It is significant, by the way, how the conversation ended. The first employee said: “Go already with God!” If someone says that this is not tantamount to saying “if you wouldn’t go ...”, then hardly anyone will agree with him ... And the last one. The window for visitors in the transparent protective screen is cut so that it is almost impossible to reach out with a contactless credit card to the terminal on the table. The terminal wire is short. You need to either give the card to the employee, which is already undesirable (for security reasons, and in connection with the quarantine situation), or to move the whole hanging screen to the side, which is also hardly acceptable. Those. Incorrect workplace equipment. Needless to say, we are unlikely to buy anything in this Hermes now. And we’ll definitely tell you to medical colleagues, familiar pharmacists, journalists, military, law enforcement officials and just friends. Pharmacy institutions, regardless of their form of ownership, should be especially careful with visitors (most of them came there not of their own free will and usually with serious medical problems) and should build their work strictly professionally! Any incompetence, illiteracy and simply bad manners are unacceptable here! Unacceptable until the deprivation of the institution of the right to engage in such activities ... It was very surprising to see such a pharmacy in the sleeping area of ​​Tairovo. When I saw the exterior of the pharmacy, the first thought was that it was some kind of restaurant or cafe. It was very unexpected to see the lighting poles, beautiful lawns, modern sculpture and understand that this is a pharmacy !! It can be seen that the owners hired a designer or architect and did not spare the money for the correct exterior and interior of their establishment. Inside, the room did not disappoint at all, but only pleased, the location of the lamps on the ceiling, LED lighting, polite staff, all this created the impression that it was instantly transferred somewhere in Europe, and not located on Tairovo. A visit to the pharmacy left a huge positive impression, although I just went to buy some water.
