I cannot write a positive review about this firm. I applied once and it was not successful. The beech laptop was under repair, it just went out. The consultant issued an invoice, and explained that the repair amount would be announced to me by the master over the phone. But two weeks later, no one called me, and when we came for the laptop, no one looked at it during this period. We took the equipment. But I won't go to such an "office" anymore. And I heard the same quality of service from my friends. They took the phone for repairs for 2 weeks and returned it back. Your advertisement is not true !!!!

There was a problem with the laptop: it stopped holding charging, charging and often went out. Based on the good reviews, I took it to the "Good Master" for repair. As expected, they were polite with me, they brought me to the base and promised to call me within a week, explaining that there were a lot of orders. I was told that the problem could be the socket, the battery, the wire, or the laptop itself. A week later, no one called me back. And so, being near the "Good Master", I decided to go in and ask what happened to my laptop, why they didn't call. At that time, a week and a half had already passed since the moment I took it there. They hesitated, said that my laptop was ready and were ready to give it AT ALL NOT MY LAPTOP. After sorting it out, it turned out that they did not even touch mine. He simply gathered dust on their shelf. They began to explain this by the fact that there were two similar laptops and the data was mixed up in the database. Naturally, nobody did a normal diagnosis for me. They promised to call back in half an hour and no one called back. There was no call after an hour or two. I went there again. They rushed about, began to make some kind of nonsense and suddenly decided that the problem was with the nest. They promised to change and call back. There was no call again. Focusing on the approximate time when they promised to return the made laptop, I came to pick it up. I checked it on the spot, it seemed to be working and charging. I paid 600 UAH, received a guarantee and took the laptop. At home, he already worked the same way as initially: it did not charge, it went out. When she brought it again and made a scandal, they got alarmed and promised to return 600 UAH. Soon the master informed me that the problem was in the battery and it needed to be changed. Surprisingly, they will do everything quickly and I will only pay for the cost of the battery. As a result, the computer was repaired, but they also took money from me for prevention. As the master promised, the battery had to cost 1200 UAH, so I had to bring them only 600 UAH. As a result, I paid 1000 UAH, because the foreman "meant that the prophylaxis still costs 350 UAH, and he paid 1300 UAH for the battery" or something like that. Therefore, I can safely say that "Dobry Master" is not competent in their questions, they only have advertising from attractive and high-quality.
