The consultant poured in a Krupa coffee machine. At the checkout, they assured that if the product was not pleasant, you would return it without problems. The order came in 3 days. At home I was horrified by the operation of the coffee machine. A strong steam went to the upper kitchen cabinets. Milk froth is very weak, coffee consumption is high. I came to return the product. Nerves and negativity. I am waiting for a response from the management. I will bypass this adjustable shop with poor quality goods.

The store became very good after the merger. Pricing policy, everything for the buyer, a very good bonus system. But! The consultants' work is disgusting. Because of this, the rating of the store suffers.
