I ordered a bouquet of flowers for 600 UAH. They said delivery is free. As soon as the bouquet was collected, the delivery immediately became 100 UAH. According to the florist Galina - "free cheese is only in a mousetrap." Wonderful service. I do not advise.

She ordered compositions more than once in Kvіtochkє (Kharkivskaya St.). I was always satisfied - everything was on time, beautiful and tasteful! But 09/22/2019 decided to place an order at Kvіtochkє (Atrium shopping center on Lushpa Ave.) closer to home. Ordered on 09/23/2019 12:00, left an advance payment and phone number. When she came for the order at 12:30, it turned out that no one was doing anything. The seller said that no one had handed anything to her, she was on a substitute. 15 min. figured out where my money is. I gave the money and did not even apologize, as it should! I had to choose flowers in 10 minutes. I didn’t have more time. Rather, take what is (((. Such an attitude towards work and customers is not permissible! After that I can’t recommend Kvіtochka and will not order any more! I don’t want any such surprises!

Flowers are in a special box, you can not worry about the quality, sellers are distinguished by special politeness, prada only prices are above average - but you can pay for such a service.
