During the day, roses were ordered, 35 pieces, 60cm, the delivery time was agreed, in addition there was a request to deliver a box of chocolates along with the flowers (bought and given when ordering) As a result, the flowers came later, after a call to the manager, half of the roses were frozen, the bouquet was awful. AND! We ate the sweets ourselves! They were not brought, the money for them was not returned !!!! Do not order here if you do not want to spoil the mood for yourself and others. If it were zero, it would be zero!

If you value your time and your nerves, then bypass it. Highly not recommend

My first experience was with flower delivery in Sumy's hometown. Made an order on the site 3 days before the date. I ordered 21 roses of 60 cm. For the day I decided to clarify the readiness, since no one called me back from the managers. As a result, I find out that there is an order, but these roses are not available. After clarification, the manager wrote that the delivery would be to the Manufactory not from 8 to 10 in the morning, but at 10 30 (this suited me). I arrived to order, it turned out that they delivered roses 40 cm instead of 60 cm. And no one warned me. Service upset. The girl seller at the Manufactory is well done - there are no questions for her. If you do not want to spoil the holiday, buy flowers at the SKD market - they are always fresh and cheaper (proven!)

The product is not true, delivery is not on time. Service and staff leave a lot to be desired. I DO NOT ADVISE !!!!! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

It is a pity that there is no rating of zero or minus. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Now a little more about my situation: February 14 in the morning I order flowers delivery to my wife for work, I wanted to surprise her - I choose the time on the website from 14.00-16.00 and I'm looking forward to her reaction At 15.30 hours nothing happens - I decided to dial them and clarify whether everything is in order, which I was assured that the courier was almost arriving, everything was in place and would be on time At 4.15 p.m. — as an understanding person, I wait 15 minutes — everything happens in life, but still I type in it and ask if my order has been completed — I get a clear confirmation of the completed order. I am going to get my wife, at 16.30 I find out that nothing was delivered to her. I call the company again and begin to find out what’s the matter - it turns out they have a lot of orders and TDs and TPs, and that the courier will be able to be there in 30 minutes at least, because he is completely on the other side of the city. In general, having talked with the administrator, we also agreed that the flowers would still be at home at 19.00. But the story does not end there. 19.15 - there are still no flowers, I call again and again I get assurances that the courier is already approaching. 19.30 - there are no flowers, there is no patience, the taxi is already waiting for me to go to the restaurant - I cancel the order and they return the money to me, at least something they could, but the funny thing is that they put the bank commission on me, so I paid it twice, of course, it’s a trifle but this shows the company's attitude towards customers. P.S. - if you have a lot of orders and you can’t complete them, call back and tell us in advance that it doesn’t work out. It will be difficult to get through - they pick up the phone reluctantly. February 14th - spoiled by Holiday. Thank you, goodbye, I hope you do not substitute anyone else like that.
