We made an order for a mattress on 06/13/2020, we were told that two weeks (or well, a maximum of three) and the mattress will be brought, after three weeks, for each of our calls to the owner of this barn, we did not receive any intelligible answer, we fed them breakfast, once again calling the owner, he said that a girl - the seller would call us back, there were no complaints about the seller, she politely explained that there was no material at the factory, and that they were waiting for delivery, and as soon as everything arrived by the end of July 2020, everything would be, but the end was already approaching July and calling the owner on a weekend, half an hour after the store closed, my husband heard from this HAMA only rudeness, nothing in essence, although he could have explained everything in a polite manner that he did not have information, since the store was already closed and all the information will be on Monday, but no, at the end of the boorish tirade it sounded: "by the way". I believe that the owner - the owner of any establishment, store should not communicate with buyers who, as we know, are always right. As a result, we still heard the long-awaited call on 07/30/2020 at 21:07 pm from the seller that the mattress had arrived. I don’t know, this situation only affected our mattress or there are other jambs, it’s up to you to order or buy in this office.

We ordered a sofa from them, they said it will be in a week. A week later they didn’t bring it, I called, they could not find my sofa by the order number, they told me to wait another week. As a result, they waited a month. I called on the day of delivery, asked what time it will be., They said before lunch, answered rudely. And before dinner they didn’t bring it. Not a responsible company, delivered on time. At such a pace, I’d better buy it elsewhere. Not happy. 👎
