I ordered a kitchen and a wardrobe, they brought everything not in size, not only do they take a lot of money for calling the master, there is also a boor who does not know how to communicate with people, whom do you hire ??? I wanted to re-order to bring to mind the kitchen, (fix their same jambs) but they got nasty there, I DO NOT recommend a furniture store on Prokofiev Street, the quality of service is HORROR, people read the reviews of the stores, as I see they have more bad than good , guys you 1 point on a twelve-point system, the owners decide something !!!!!

Good afternoon! I have been ordering furniture in this store for several years already. Sellers treat each buyer in good faith and advise on any issue of interest. We always wake up to make purchases in this store.

Disappointed with the store's service inside and out. A month ago we ordered a wardrobe. We met the deadlines, there were 2 days left until a month, but the time depends on the manufacturer, there are no complaints here. The closet was brought in, thrown out and hastily left. In the evening, when we started assembling, already with the base assembled, we wanted to complete what we had begun and add the final touch - shelves. Having unpacked one of the boxes, we saw that they were not our shelves at all, but other people's box blocks. We don't need anything alien, so in the morning they called and informed the seller about it. Later, the seller, after clarifying the information, said that the boxes were mixed up at the warehouse and demanded to return the boxes, and then they would bring our shelves. We refused, and offered to exchange boxes for shelves upon delivery. After committing with the authorities, the seller said that they were ready to make concessions to us, to "concessions, Karl !!!!" And exchange boxes for shelves. She said that after lunch on the same day, the shelves would be brought. I waited half a day !!!! there was no call. We typed ourselves and the seller said that they would not bring it today, that the 50 * 50 boxes did not fit into the truck !!!! They did not warn, did not apologize, did not fulfill the promises !!! Service is just a nightmare, the seller is not customer-oriented! We will not buy anything else in this store and I do not advise you !!!!!!!!

I ordered a sofa "Baron" received a consultation and answers to all questions. They brought an excellent sofa on an agreed day, agreed in advance on time. Thank you so much! I recommend this store!

Stores that care about their name - value their customers, solve the problem, and do not enter into a discussion with the customer, thereby increasing their level of service. People are not stupid either, and they see that all your positive reviews are from people with the title of "Local Expert", which means that people write positive reviews and get paid for it, in a word, a publicity stunt.
