After a week I’m calling again, the master says on vacation, call next week, despite the fact that they may not pick up the phone for a day or two and do not answer calls. I call these Indians on a reservation, the manager says, and what can I do, I'm in Odessa, decide with the masters in Kiev. Well, I think they gotten into general. I call these Indians the next day, at first the manager froze as always, and then some kind of guy picked up the phone and started yelling: YOU ARE NOT WITH A MANAGER NOW SPEAK NOW (I think, oops, so he’s such a fucker Sashka Bogodach), in short, it’s The ChMO continued to yell and swear: you scolded there, you don’t give my manager a chance to work, and what you present is me in Odessa, and they are in Kiev. Then this dummy said that he’ll generally have this phone for two months, as a result, when I phoned to Kiev for their service, he said that they would send the phone back to me, so they sent it only after a week, do you see their courier on holiday ??? And that’s not all, from the moment I sent the phone more than a month passed (it would be possible to go to Kiev on foot and back), and when he came to me, then without a warranty card (they pulled him out), this is the story. You need to be treated as a Kagtavy Indian, if you are not a manager, as you put it, because you are sick, you shouldn’t talk to clients like that, say hello to the manager)))

The worst service I've ever met! If you can buy in another store, better buy in another. Otherwise, if something is wrong, then you won’t get any problems. The manager suffers from clinical forgetfulness of his promises.

I ordered a phone in the online store Rezervacija. On the day of receipt of the goods, I noticed that the headphone input does not work. I called the manager, got a promise to deal with the problem. On this, the solution to the question stopped. They simply do not answer calls. At the same time, before issuing the lines of guarantee, they promised as much as 2 years. Prices on the site are above the average in Ukraine. Overpaid 500 UAH. for the promises. People, don't get fooled! Strongly do not recommend this store.
