The hall is terrible in all respects. We went there purely for fun. They save on everything: on warm water, electricity, and even paper. It feels like they did not visit the hall, but came to someone's home. I can give a bunch of examples of your lack of competence, lack of education of the staff and the complete lack of any skills in running this business. And let's keep silent about technical malfunctions, labor protection, hygiene and the policy of conducting the training process, more precisely, its violation. Starting from the owner, who is also a trainer, nutritionist, cleaner, comerice, and ending with his abuse of drugs based on chemical compounds that negatively affect his central nervous system, and his uncontrollable behavior, fits of rage. And ending with cases of "Jewish" greed, based on which being in this budget hall becomes unbearable. 🧏🏾 I just do NOT advise, save your nerves.

I went to the gym to brag to my friends, but I took a coach to stay awake in the gym! So he drove me all over the hall, put me near the Indians with a specific smell (explaining this so that I had the motivation to finish the approach faster) and threw every workout on the press! Threw off 20kg and have to go to the gym almost every day !!! P.S Do not come to lunch so that there are fewer people while I train!

Superp👍 Excellent trainers, friendly atmosphere, constantly improving! We have been going there with the whole family for 8 years!
