By far the best studio in town! Andrey is an excellent trainer and mentor who knows how to instill a love of yoga and teach you to listen and hear your body. Always a professional approach, a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. This is really the place where you want to return) Thanks to the studio "Symmetry"!

If you want to discover yoga, then you are here. Moreover, absolute beginners should not be afraid either - for the most part, classes are available to everyone in terms of level and everyone will feel comfortable. The atmosphere in "Symmetry" is friendly, conducive to a calm, unhurried development. Coaches are wonderful and very different - you should go to everyone and either choose "your own", or go to different ones and combine different approaches - this is a pleasant and useful variety.

Excellent, in my opinion, the best teachers in the city. An individual approach to each client, the study of missing or lagging physical skills (the entire pregnancy took place - this is a separate topic, in my opinion - vital for all women in an excellent position and 2 weeks after the hospital, I returned to classes). Full immersion on a physical and moral level, again thanks to the competent approach of the teachers, as a result - great health and the same mood !!!!

I have long wanted to write a review. I, of course, understand everything - my friends write praise, but when I got to the class I was shocked that the teacher Andrey was teaching the lesson on a piece of paper! Pretentious room and such a bummer. I will not give a high mark for beautiful walls, because it is not the wrapper that is important, but the filling. I will add: I have never seen a yoga coach or a trainer in the gym lead a lesson on a synopsis. When a "professional" peeks at the synopsis (except for lectures), it plays against him. Well, imagine: you enter the plane (bus), the pilot (driver) says to you: "Comrades, I have 20 years of experience, I am a professional!" - and takes out a synopsis and begins to drive the plane (bus) along it. And you, too, will say that this is his prerogative?
