An old and very underfunded hospital. Or its top manager is refinanced. The condition of the offices, corridors and facade is in a very damaged condition. The management is irresponsible - when the doctor, whom you are waiting for a few weeks by appointment, suddenly has a shift, which was not notified in advance in any way. It is a pity for the professionals who work here.

The place is just awful! Apparently the reform is not doing anything, there are really not enough coupons. The doctor - cardiologist takes a very long time, especially people who climb out of line "by agreement". As a result, you sit for an hour and wait for your ticket, the time of which has already passed. How can? Do something about it, or our medicine will fall below the baseboard. The building needs renovation, there is very poor lighting inside, it can be seen that they save money on bulbs. 1 star for an elevator that will beat you if you don't have time to enter, but it's convenient.
