A beautiful place on the outskirts of the city. Ideal for doing business. Landscaping for all 5 points. Constantly crowded parking with ill-conceived arrivals and exits.

Were here in the courtyards in the photo studio. I don’t know in whose department the courtyard is, but it’s a little dirty. Especially after rain - a lot of dirt. The photo studio is good. Clean, comfortable, with large windows and additional artificial light. On the downside - there is no separate place to change clothes. We have to change clothes right at the entrance to the studio in the corridor. Change your shoes there. Another disadvantage is the fact that the windows do not open. We went to take pictures in the summer (10 people, counting the photographer) and it was very stuffy and hot. Also, one of the disadvantages is the not very large size of the hall. For general group photos, furniture had to be constantly moved and twisted.
